With that being said, there are cirmcumstances and instances that are out of our control and the following policies and forms are in place to protect not only Phoenix Adventures, but our customers as well.
Reservations and Payment - In order to reserve a specific date and or time, payment must be made in full ahead of time. Payment may be made by cash (in person), check (mailed or in person) or credit card (over phone, digital invoice or online reservation system).
Cancellations Due to Weather - Weather is monitored very closely well before any adventure and safety is priority one. If the operator or customer in conjunction with the operator determines the weather to be hazardous (ie: rain alone is safe, but thunderstorms and lighting are not), customers will receive a full refund or free rebooking of the trip.
No-Shows or Within 8 Days - No refunds will be issued for customers that do not show or if cancel within 8 days of trip.
Periodically, Phoenix Adventures will build and schedule adventures for specific dates. Any policies that differ from the general policies will be included in the information for those specific trips. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for more information.
Release Form - Required for all Phoenix Adventures activities. Equipment Damage and Replacement Fees Policy - This form must be completed for any equipment rented from Phoenix Adventures. In the event of damaged, lost or stolen equipment, an assessment will be made and customer informed of any fees incured.
